I've purchased a vehicle from this car lot and within less than thirty days the vehicle has repeatedly broken down on me and the company refuses to address my complaint by fixing the vehicle or reducing the repair cost from by bill. Resolution Sought Fix the problem at there expense,refund my down payment and biweekly payment I've already paid,or deduct the cost of what I've paid out of my pocket towards the cost of the vehicle.

This is auto leads responding to the complain we received , we have talked to the customer regarding the problem that shes experiencing with the vehicle and we offered her a tow to take it to out source mechanic we work with and have them check out the issue . in addition , Mrs Washington she purchased the vehicle on 06/02/2022 and the contract was officially signed by her and our sales person , we have everything documented regarding the sale . however , customer is aware of buying the vehicle ( As is ) which mean there is no warranty provided by our dealership to any car we sell , the down payment that been made on purchase day is non -refundable , also any type of payments been made towards the car after the vehicle been sold is non-refundable . Our Terms and conditions are very clear and we explain them to our customers in the day of sale . these documents are signed legally by the customer . if you needed those documents we are able to provide and send them . We always work with all our customers and we told her we can give her extension on her payments till she get her car fixed and i will send you the legal docs that have been signed by the customer .
