Yes we went in on Wednesday November 15th 2023 to look at trucks. We were interested in two vehicles did a credit check and they said they would do $5,000 down I put $2,000 on my credit card and was writing a check for $3,000 they ran my credit card prior to any pay work being done. Then they said we'd have to have another $5,000 down. We did not what to do this and opted out of the deal. They gave us our check back but are refusing to refund the $2,000 back when we did not end up buying a vehicle. There was no disclosure or paperwork done at all and they still stole $2,000 from me. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded my $2,000 back to my credit card.

On April 29, 2023 I put a $500 deposit down for my son Jermon to purchase a car and the agreement said that if I wasn't interested, I had seven days to get my deposit back and they are refusing to give me my deposit back for the vehicle as we purchased a vehicle from another dealership! I demand my $500 be returned immediately!I demand my $500 be returned immediately Resolution Sought I would like my $500 to be returned immediately!
