I paid them to change flex plate plus bolts. $1,271.29 on 12-28. Then on 1-5-22 it broke down no more than 8 hours later saying front left axle shaft broke and got charged $390.98. when getting car back it leaked oil. I called and told them and they said bring it in they would help considering I never had leak before they did repairs. On 4-20 I got it back in this time it's $1,157.88. needed inspection an remove an replacement main seal. And while in process of repair they quoted $400 admitted in some fault an told they would work with me considering I already paid to fix oil leak total afterwards $1,157.40. today is 6-14 and I go threw 2 quarts of oil a day. Seniors go off repeatedly oil pressure . And it has a smell of burnt oil after using it. I need help Resolution Sought Refund ,explanation, fix the problem that was already paid for. Anna and Billy brought their 2018 Ford Fusion to our dealership for a broken flex plate. After being evaluated by our technician, the customers were told that there was excessive in play in the crank shaft and that replacing the flex plate would only be a temporary fix because the vehicle's engine would need to be rebuilt or replaced. Billy told our service writer and technician to replace the flex plate because he was planning on "getting rid of the car" in the future. The vehicle was picked up after the repair but was later towed back for a broken driver's side axle which was a separate problem. On May 19 the customers brought the vehicle back for an oil leak. Once again, our service writer and technician told the customers that they could replace the main seal but that would only be a temporary fix because the engine would need replaced or rebuilt. Once again, Billy told our service department to only replace the seal because he was "getting rid of the car." The vehicle is currently in our shop for another oil leak due to the original problem. Billy has approved and been aware of all the repairs and potential issues with the vehicle. It seems that the customers have a communication problem between each other regarding the vehicle.
