I bought a car from cactus Jack's and was Finance by auto now financial services. I was trying to pay them $1000 for my car bill. But I used the automated machine and when I paid. It took out $1447. I did not approve of this transaction. It did not give me the Austin for this transaction. When I called in and I called auto financial now services. They kept saying they will call me back and then they never called me back. I kept calling and by time I called them again. They were closed down. They're not trying to return my money to me. Resolution Sought Return 400 dollars back. I did not approve this payment.

Company states: Auto Now Financial Services (ANFS) has reviewed and documented Mr. Gartland's complaint. After conducting an internal investigation we have determined that the client initiated and authorized a payment of $1,441.20 through our automated pay by phone system. He authorized the payment in question, which satisfied the due balance on his loan. On 10/10/2023, he initiated and authorized a payment of $904.55 through our customer self service payment portal. The client contacted our Loan Servicing department on the same day and communicated he did not intend to make the full payment owed and requested a partial refund of $292.55. ANFS authorized Mr. Gartland a refund of the partial payment as a onetime courtesy on 10/11/23. ANFS Loan Servicing Manager, Adi has reached out to the client by phone with no success and has left a request for a call back. We ask that the client please reach out to ANFS Loan Servicing Department if he has any other questions regarding his loan and we will gladly assist him.
