I rented a car from this business who later turned out to be very crooked and deceptive!!! .They are selling and renting people very very raggedy cars that are putting consumers in danger.I just had brakes fall out while i was driving and they charged me money that i didnt have!!!.And as soon as i got the car back by the time i got home it started jerking and running hot.i let it cool down thinking that would work and it did for awhile .so it started back and i called them to go get it they want to say wasnt nothing wrong with the car but i have a witness that it was running hot and i am not the reason!!!!That is the 6th car they had to switch me too because ALL of their cars are defective and they know it..They are robbing people for these raggedy cars and using deceptive practices.Its the Owner.his wife And mrs.dee which is the ones that are doing this and their so called mechanic who doesnt do his job named Kelvin!!!.I want to file a complaint for ALL of my money and my pain and suffering... Resolution Sought Notify them that it is wrong to BEAT people out of their money.And make up a LIE as a excuse NOT to rent to the person agian.They did me VERY wrong and I don't appreciate it AT ALL.They need to be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.And if you go to their website which is Autooutlet .com you will see the terrible reviews they have on them..They are devils and they are preying on people that they feel is in NEED of a car and that is NOT RIGHT at all!!!
