No word of honor!

This establishment pulled my credit without my authorization and offered me a loan for a vehicle. I was upset but since the manager Scott talked to me and assured me That he’ll help in getting a vehicle and the hard pull will not go to waste , I did consider it since they already hard pulled my credit. I made a down payment that night and they gave me the vehicle. After few days , they said they’re still finding a bank to pass my loan to and they finally did . My boyfriend gave them a check worth 500 for His old car as it was supposed to be trade in with the vehicle that was purchased or included on the down and asked them not to cash it in as of yet and wait for him to give them cash instead. They agreed . He went to the shop after two weeks and gave them 500 cash to the agent named Ali but the boss was not there to give him the check back . So my Boyfriend reminded them not to cash it anymore since they already got the 500 cash on their hand. After a month, they still cashed in the check! We Called them and said they are not supposed to do that ! But they’re giving all the reasons saying it’s the fault of my boyfriend as he didn’t tell them that the 500 is for the check ! They thought it’s for a balance !! A balance that we didnt have !!! And now they’re giving me all the ran around saying to go to their office and bring all my papers coz apparently I owe them 200??? What kind of business is this? No word of honor ?? They said they will not cashed in the check and they did! Despite the fact that they already have the cash! And now they’re saying I owe them 200 and want me to go there? They should pay my boyfriend back of the amount they cashed in. Deposit it back .
