I spoke with Herman Drones at the 877-225-0152 ext 5004. He talked me into paying a $179.00 that was charged on my Discover Card. I was able to find the information to report this as a SCAM. I called Discover and reported this and they can not do anything until the request for payment is received. I feel that this is a SCAM and I want to report this as such. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.

Thank you for reaching out to share your concerns with your interaction with our company. We take our customer's experience with our company very seriously and always strive to make these experiences the best they possibly can be. Upon reviewing the interactions we have had with Mrs. Youra, she contacted us on 8/9/2023 to inquire about the coverage for her vehicle. After speaking with our licensed agent, she decided to purchase the coverage for her vehicle and did a $179.00 down payment to start the coverage. Then on 8/11/2023 Mrs. Youra contacted our customer service department stating that she needed to cancel the policy due to affordability. Our customer service agent tried to offer some savings to Mrs. Youra to try to make it more affordable, however was not able to help. At the time of that call, our agent canceled her policy out and fully refunded her Discover card in the amount of $179.00. The receipt of that transaction is below.
