I spoke with Herman Drones at the 877-225-0152 ext 5004. He talked me into paying a $179.00 that was charged on my Discover Card. I was able to find the information to report this as a SCAM. I called Discover and reported this and they can not do anything until the request for payment is received. I feel that this is a SCAM and I want to report this as such. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.

Thank you for reaching out to share your concerns with your interaction with our company. We take our customer's experience with our company very seriously and always strive to make these experiences the best they possibly can be. Upon reviewing the interactions we have had with Mrs. Youra, she contacted us on 8/9/2023 to inquire about the coverage for her vehicle. After speaking with our licensed agent, she decided to purchase the coverage for her vehicle and did a $179.00 down payment to start the coverage. Then on 8/11/2023 Mrs. Youra contacted our customer service department stating that she needed to cancel the policy due to affordability. Our customer service agent tried to offer some savings to Mrs. Youra to try to make it more affordable, however was not able to help. At the time of that call, our agent canceled her policy out and fully refunded her Discover card in the amount of $179.00. The receipt of that transaction is below. I was scammed into buying extended warranty that was over 3000.00 in 8/6/2021 in Jan. 2022 that warranty no good never used the warranty on 2018 Toyota Rav auto repair charge me 295.00 to join and 135.54 for 6 mos. Cancel the warranty return papers to auto repair. Resolution Sought I'm requesting refund.

Company states; Ms. Leeks contacted our office on 8/5/21 and purchased a 5 year / 101,000 Exclusionary Plan underwritten by Omega Auto Care. The total cost for the 5 years of coverage was $4,348.00, which Ms. Leeks opted to take advantage of your no fee payment plan that included an initial investment of $295.00 and then continue with a 12 month payment plan. We mailed Ms. Leeks the policy to the address she provided of Boston Rd, Springfield MA 01119. This was processed by our fulfillment company on 8/6/2021 and delivered on 8/12/2021. On 8/24/2021, Ms. Leeks contacted our office after reviewing the paperwork with some questions regarding the maintenance plan and that after reviewing her budget she would not be able to afford the monthly installments each month. Our customer service representative was able to answer all her questions regarding the coverage plan and was able to lower the total cost of the policy to $3,548 and charge her payment term to 24 months. Ms. Leeks agreed to continue coverage and had no other questions at that time. On 1/24/22, we received an email from Ms. Leeks to cancel the policy and attempted to have contact our Customer Support Team to address any questions or concerns. Ms. Leeks responded by via email on 1/28/2022 stating that she did not want to contact them and to discontinue the coverage. Our Customer Support Team stopped the coverage that day. At the time of cancellation Ms, Leeks had paid a total of $972.70 towards the policy. On 2/28/22, we issued a pro-rated refund to Ms. Leeks, which was sent to Ms. Leeks via check by USPS. This check has been cashed by Ms. Leeks and she his not due any additional funds per the terms of her contract. Thank you,
