After purchasing the vehicle In Nebraska I drove it back to St Louis during the trip I noticed that there was a light on the dash that indicated a malfunction in the lighting system. Since I had a 3 month 3000 mile warranty I thought that I would contact Auto Savvy when I arrived in St Louis. I contacted Auto Savvy and they said no problem I was well within the warranty range. So they advised me to take it to a local repair shop which I did, but the shop said that the vehicle was too new and they did not have the right equipment to repair it , so I took it to the Cadillac Dealer as I was requested to do here In St Louis. After talking to the Dealer he stated that a representative from Auto Savvy did contact him at one point but when he told them how much the repairs would cost they began asking for discounts on parts and labor when the dealer refused to discount the job they would no longer return his call. I have called numerous times and written several emails with no response. Resolution Sought Honor our contract and repair my vehicle.
