I Pedro Ontiveros purchase a vehicle Hyundai Palisade 2022 day 10-14-24 at auto savvy, and on the the 5th day of purchase it start having problems, transmission slip, rear brake pads sounding metal with metal, and warning lights coming up in dash board about lights, on the 7th day I went to dealer to let them know and they said to talk to customer service about, I call and no one answered she sends me a text next day saying she was sick, on the 8th day I went back to dealer and talked to the guys at dealer Jose and his manager and finally I got help, I left vehicle at dealers shop, todays day is November 4 2024, and information on it!! Please need the help!! Resolution Sought Cancellation of Agreement and I want my money back, 4000.00 of down payment and my vehicle a Toyota sienna 2011 because it was a good clean title!!

Hi i went and finance a 2019 ford fusión form this company so when i was driving the car home it was driving bad like i was fighting with the wheel to keep ut straight so what I did i took it back the next day and they kept the car to fix it and told me that they weren't going to finance it till i was sure i wanted after getting it fix so i waited a week so they could finish the car when i went to pick up the car i told them i didn't want that one cuz I was scared my son and I would get into a accident to let me get a different one and they said we cant cuz we finance it already which they lied to me cuz they need some more paper work from us like my dads check stub i gave to them the day i went back to ask them to please let me get a different car they were rude about it so we got on the ford fusion they fixed but it was still doing the same thing i took right back and told them all they said is we will secluded u appointment to bring it back to fix it i said can u guys lend me a car so are lives aren't in danger they said we have all are loaners out what kind of company don't have loaners so please help me with what i can do about this Resolution Sought I would like the Auto Savvy to let me get a different vehicle that's not putting are lives in danger
