Pcar from this car lot Mitsuibishi Autoworld on Broadway in Bedford At first they were welcoming and inviting. I test drove the car and everything seemed to be going well. So I purchased the car which I was happy with at the time. I purchased a 2017 Kia Optima. Although they were charging over $28,0000 and a car payment of $635 a month I was happy to pay for a reliable and safe car. I was making my payments as scheduled. A few weeks in I noticed that the back panel bumper was separating away from the car. Then one morning on my way to work(mind you I work in Akron and live in Canton) I had to make a sudden stop on this morning and the car just started going all over the place and almost rear-ended the car in front of me that was but for the grace of God that I didn't hit the car. So bc at this time I put brakes on the car because that what I thought it was. But then even after that it happened again. This time I took it to a Vandevere Kia in Akron and they said that the car had been in an accident and the lower control arm is snapped in half. And I had been riding around like that for weeks before I found out. I could ha ve potentially killed myself and others. So having said that I had to inform my boss in Akron that I would not be able to commute until I got the situation taken care of(not being able to go to work hurt my pockets I'm missing a lot of money) that was back in May and the problem is still not resolved. They sold me a car that was rigged back toget Resolution Sought Refund

Company Response

I checked into this complaint with the administration company on her warranty. First, the warranty company doesn't show that she has ever called in a complaint or had a service repair facility call in a claim. Secondly, I checked into a lower control arm and under her warranty that part would be covered. Also, let me say that part can be ordered in the United States with a 1 or 2 day delivery. I am not finding that this part has to be ordered from Korea. I suggest that the customer makes an appointment for her car at Auto World Mitsubishi or another service facility and file a claim. These suggestions are on the basis of what the customer states as facts and the vehicle would have to be looked at to determine if it does indeed need the lower control arm. There are processes that need to be followed to get warranty work done and the claim paid.
