I bought this car from them and it was in a hit and run I sent it back to them to get it repair because I have collision insurance with them when I got my car back it was half fixed the muffler burnt a whole in the back of the car they wouldn't fix it so I had to pay someone else after paying them the deductible now I go to get it serviced again for a check up the shop tell me that it's missing a whole lot of important stuff on the car and he didn't even know how I was driving it. Resolution Sought I want to be out of my lease or traded out

I have been paying auto zoom my car payment of 278.00 every two weeks since last week but my car is in there shop they won't give me a loaner car my insurance is paid and I'm up to date on my car payments my driver's license are active and in good shape and my car insurance and the car they sold me transmission went out all the way why me and my family and I have a 2 month old baby at that it was very far from home I had no money had just put my last 40 in the tank to get to work and we had to hitch hick because my phone was at home due to depending on the car to get us back home safely the whole car out of nowhere just stopped driving the car is under a warranty but they are saying they can't do anything for me and I have a family we could have been killed it was late at night when the car stopped driving they say they don't have loaners cars and the car insurance I purchased with them says they can't help neither Incase my car was in a accident I'm very upset I'm in the middle of loosing my job cos they are fixing my car I'm making car payments and they not doing anything for me it's like I'm just paying them and I have no money for Ubers I'm going to loose my job tomorrow and I have no way home tonight I just feel like they put me in a lemon and there is a lemon law I haven't had the car longer the 3 months and I'm back to needing a car but still paying them I don't get it why are they not helping me this should be against the law to treat a paying reliable on time. Resolution Sought They should be willing I'm always on time with my payment and insurance but I want them to Give me another car so I don't loose my job it pays very well I was depending on that car that's why I applied at a better job if I'm paying car payments and car insurance they should be giving me a car till my car is done then I bring the loaner car back like every shop.
