Bought a Fiat 500e,VIN 3C3CFFGE3ET244692 in the Auction from Autobidmaster. Paid the car in full, and after 6-7 months I have no Title and the car is in the LA/Port subject to parking fees, thanks to there schemes., since the 5th of January 2023. Autobidmaster says they gave the truck driver the Title, but i know this is a lie, but it does not show up anywhere. They should have sent me the Title. I live in Lisbon, Portugal. Not easy to solve this issue with them,nor am I nearby to the necessary actions. i paid the truck transport to LA/Port to Montaway. And each day they keep sending an email that I owe them USD291,90. Which is totally false, and i can prove it....and I sent them all copies of the payments. Resolution Sought They send me the Title all the necessary documents, or give me my money back, and keep the car. And pay us the all the costs I had up to now. My phone nr. 00351-918325175

Company states; This complaint was filed by Ms.Piteira, but Ms. Piteira is not a member of our services and we have not done business with her. The email address provided belongs to a different member of our service, Carlos Neves. It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. We operate a membership-based online auto auction marketplace. Dealers affiliated with our marketing platform sell vehicles from auctions to members. Our process is fully explained on our site: www.AutoBidMaster.com, and anyone wishing to utilize our services must agree to our Terms and Conditions, Rules and Policies, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, in order to use our services. Carlos Neves agreed to these when he became a member of our Services on November 11, 2022 (the "Agreement"). Mr. Neves purchased a vehicle from one of AutoBidMaster's motor vehicle dealers on December 19, 2022. Although AutoBidMaster offers to facilitate shipping of vehicles, Mr. Neves elected to ship the vehicle with his own shipping company. The title was provided to the shipping company. Section 7.7 of the Agreement states in part: "Buyers wishing to export such a vehicle must contact our Buyer Services Center with their intention to export prior to sale." The buyer of this vehicle did not contact our Buyer Services Center with their intentions prior to the vehicle's purchase, as was their responsibility. As provided in Section 8.3 of the Agreement, AutoBidMaster is not responsible for vehicles once the vehicle leaves the auction yard. The buyer originally paid for the vehicle but then made multiple charge backs with their bank. While the complainant states that they can show records of payment, we aren't contesting that they originally paid. Stating that the vehicle was paid for is an incomplete picture unless you also take into account the chargebacks which they initiated. By creating the chargebacks, they created past due balance on their account of $291.29. As such, we have not been paid in full for the vehicle. We are sorry that Carols Neves is unhappy, but based on the Agreement between the parties, he is not entitled to any compensation or refund.
