I purchased a Nyssa Frontier from this dealer on 4/24/2022. On May 8, 2022, the transmission went out. I had the truck towed back to the dealer since I gave 30 days warranty. They took it to a shop they rebuilt the transmission and replace the radiator and they said the total is $6000. Under the warranty I'm supposed to pay 50. I called around to get estimates and the highest one was for $3300. I told the dealer and they said if I don't pay the $6000, they are not going to give me the car registration and pink slip. I never said I wasn't going to pay. I asked for the receipt for the repairs and they said they don't have it yet. That the shop hasn't given it to them. Today Daniel said it's not $6000 it's $5500.. They first quoted me $2800. They keep changing their price. The truck was in the shop until June 7 2022. Resolution Sought For them to investigate and possible fraudulent charges. To be able to pay the correct amount and not be over charged. I would like the receipts for the transmission and radiator repairs. I need my car registration and pink slip, since the truck is paid and was not financed.
