I just want them to stop taking advantage of people especially seniors.

Brought my car in for a recall on airbags. My husband was handed a 7 page list of things wrong with my car totaling 7,000. They told him he couldn't leave he needed to get a loaner and to just buy a new car. The radiator was leaking which I took to my mechanic. Subaru said it was 910.00 to fix it my mechanic was 423.00. The real issue here is that the mechanic had it on the lift and found nothing else wrong with the car. My husband is 75 years old and they really scared him but thankfully he didn't leave the car with Subaru. I feel this company was trying to take advantage as they didn't get any money for the recall so needed to make it up somehow.
