It all started on July 25,2022 The salesman Yuniel ( whom could barely understand English nor barely speak fluent English, said the car was $2500 down. I was interested in a 2011 Buick Lacrosse ,The salesman Yuniel whom could barely understand nor speak English, said the car was $2500 down. ,so I gave $1200 to hold the car so they would not sell the car, leaving me with a balance of $1300. So I went back on July 28 and took the $1300 and got the car.. I noticed on my paperwork the salesman had the wrong dates on there.. I immediately start calling on August 2... someone in the office said she would get back with me to make the corrections, well they never did ... the salesman had me due every other Tuesday, and I stated to him I got paid every other Thursday, so I'm asking like why would you have me down as every other Tuesday? So my first car note was due on 8/9/2022 , they put out a order to repossess on 8/9/2022 & on 8/10/2022 they repossessed the car,Then the owner tells me the car wasn't supposed to be $2500 down, it was supposed to be $4000 down.. so he tells me I can come in a choose something else and I don't have to pur anymore $$$ down , I would just be responsible for the TTL, & I say to him well ya'll don't have anything else on the lot I want ,he says you don't hav3 to choose today, he would give me 21 days for that...then they call back and say hey you can get the origami car back bring $1000 more which I did , and I still have no Resolution Sought Give me my money back
