Autoloss.com advertises that if you utilize their services and you don't get your diminished value claim there is a money back guarantee. I went over this with Monica over the phone before I paid for their services. Well I found out I'm not going to get the money, so I went back to them and asked to utilize their money back guarantee. Monica said they don't give refunds if the claim was denied because of a prior accident . First of all I had no knowledge of my car being in a prior accident, and also she never mentioned that was the only caviat to the money back guarantee. Resolution Sought A full refund because my claim was denied.
