I'm having trouble finding a lawyer due to fact I didn't purchase a New truck from dealership only their service and repair. Basically they kept my truck for 4 mths ran my bill thru roof I feel and can show they messed my engine up and tried to over it up. They even returned all paid money for any wrk already done all but what I paid in parts then offer to install the new engine for Free if I only pay for engine. I have everything even the meeting w manager the Pit manager and owner of Honda dealership in my town. We went over every option and why it was NOT ok to take w my problem and why ONLY a new engine was it. That is recorded! Where they admit the problem cld have been discovered w the first $150 diagnostic test had they only done it correctly. Now already gotten 2 loans for them to fix I'm had to get a 3 loan to get engine. My loan ppl were so mad they refused to pay anymore money up front and only pay them AFTER THE WRK AND THEIR OWN personal inspection of the engine was passed. Even with that, I was stilled let dwn. I refused to make my first loan payment due to my truck blowing up. I said had u done the inspection correctly we wld have known there wasn't a new engine. I called the police to report stolen engine during the Covid lockdown . So my truck was repoed I refuse to pay it to get truck bk bc the repo guy to off w truck and completely dropped and then drug the front end of it dwn street. So I requested the loan ppl to not only give me list of thei Resolution Sought My credit fixed, accountably and justice, and value of my truck before they illegally repossessed it and then. Then crash it and justice for their negligence.

This account was an involuntary repossession. The collateral was sold at auction and there is a balance remaining of $5,818.02 that the customer is responsible for.
