I am a member of AAA they sent me a tow with Airway Express Tow company and they damaged my radio.By not grounding by battery before removing it. Resolution Sought Want AAATow or Airway Express Tow to Reimburse me for my damage that they caused To be fair with me.

Iv been a loyal customer for over 10 years, they refused a service call for no reason, the people I spoke to were rede , condescending, gettoh. Hung up on me multiple times. I was left in the cold with a small child. Then they proceeded to text me that the tow company was at the address about 4 times. I have all text and phone calls . Resolution Sought I would like to get the 200 I had to pay for my car to be moved 3 foot when I pay yearly for aaa a d they refused my call .
