Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I paid to have my 96 silverado to be put in time. He said it was done. I paid thinking it was fixed. After I paid. Gary said he couldn't put it in time due to no timing tab. I called car mack napa in danville. They said that truck has no timing tab. It has a notch on timing cover. Then you need a scanner to put in time. I feel Mobile diagnostic should have known this. They didn't perform the service correctly. I'm asking for a refund. Or my truck be put in time correctly Resolution Sought Refund or my truck be put in time correctly at their cost
