I bought a used car through Global auto exchange but I make payments through Automotive I've only have vehicle for 5 months and just recently started having issues that's left me and my family stranded. The first issue was them adding their insurance to my vehicle even though I have my own the second my gear shift came a loose and I couldn't park the vehicle now vehicle won't start battery and starter had to be replaced and now that their both replaced it still won't start I feel I've been sold a faulty vehicle I make all payments on time and with them adding their insurance their trying to say I owe even more money. I've reached out to them multiple times. Resolution Sought I would like a refund, a new vehicle that's suitable for 8 kids or them to fix my current vehicle.
