I bought a car from Ryan last year not even a year ago and I've had nothing but troubles with the car now he tells me it's a blown head gasket won't answer my calls won't answer my texts he put in a new water pump he said it would fix the problem it didn't the car never overheated when I drove it he said a thermostat he put in a thermostat he drove it and then he said the fan on the engine came on again which never did for me and then he said you got a blown head gasket I do not have the money to fix the car he will not return my calls or text messages I just don't feel right being a businessman and I'm not going to pay a car payment for a car I cannot drive nor the owner calling me and telling me what I should do about my car it's pretty sad and he's done this to multiple people Crystal Gray a girl named Shelly they buy a car and within a year the car dies and he doesn't do anything about it I just would like some reinsurance if he would just talk to me make a deal with me to fix the car I cannot walk in the winter and he just won't return my calls or text messages and I just feel it's inappropriate and not business like and it leaves me my car sits in the same spot on his lot with my stuff still in it and I'm still having insurance on it so do I cancel the insurance take my plates off nobody gives me any answers I am a struggling single woman trying to make ends meet there's times I can't even put food on the table and this gentleman will not answer my calls or texts Resolution Sought I would like Ryan to workout to deal with me to get the car fixed or fix it the right way because everybody I've talked to said you didn't need a water pump you don't need a heater if it's a thermostat if it's not over heating and then he drove it and said it's a bad head gasket we drove it and got it hot so he fixes the car with the water pump tells me to drive to Lewiston Maine and then comes back puts a thermostat in and never overheated once driving to Lewiston and back to the doctors
