On the morning of 11/18, I had just finished my 12 hour shift at the hospital and was getting in my car to leave. The battery was dead. I called the emergency roadside number on the paperwork for automation and was told by destiny that my warranty had expired 5/2021…the same month I bought my brand new car. I argued with her because it didn't make sense I said so I had a warranty for what? A week? She said I'm just telling you what the info says you have no warranty. She said it would cost $90 for a tow truck to come give me a jump. I paid the $90. They sent a text stating 40-70 min. I had to be back to work in less than 11 hours. A coworker jump started my car and I canceled the tow truck. I drove .9miles to the auto zone (since I was told I have no warranty) and purchased a battery for $233. I spoke to the dealership via chat and also waited until they opened and spoke to 3 different people as I was transferred around. I was told I have the factory warranty and extended warranty. I was transferred to someone in service's boss where I had to leave a long, detailed message. I have called, chatted, emailed 8 times each time with the response someone will get back to me. It's been over a week and I've not gotten any type of response. Resolution Sought I want a refund for my battery since your company told me I had no warranty

Per consumer states; Last month their corporate office called and said the manager of the dealership would be calling me. He never did. However, the corporate office sent me a reimbursement check after that. Thank you for getting back to me!
