I purchased a vehicle from this location Auto Nation Chevrolet. Inside of a week of my purchase I had to take the car back for service because I started to make a ticking noise when the car started and my speaker was rattling. From that point on the car was in and out of their service center I never took the car anywhere else to be serviced. Anytime for anything big or small I was taking the car to their service center. The car started to have an over heating problem! I took the car to them for this issue and they insured me that they fixed the issue inside of 6 days the car started to over heat again. I parked the car and had it towed to their service center again! Once having it towed to them for the last time I never seen the vehicle again. That's when they brought it to my attention that it was blown head gasket in the car which was causing the over heating. This is where things got escalated because they did not want to assume responsibility for not properly addressing the issue about the over heating. They said it was negligence on my behalf which doesn't make sense because they stated the issue was fixed so I drove the car normally until it overheated again. They lied to the warranty company and stated I drove my vehicle in when I have prove that I had it towed to them with my tow receipt. Even with the proof, they still lied about fixing my issue and lied about me driving into the shop which is why the warranty did not cover the claim. I lost 3k on rentals cars! Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed for every rental car I had to pay for. I also would like that Lemon of a car they sold me to be removed from my credit! I had to do a voluntary repossession because I was not going to pay for a vehicle that I did break and it was to much foul play going on. They literally lied to cover their own self so the shop wouldn't have to cover the expense and I can prove that! That should be more than enough to show they are being foul this is not ethical business practice.

I purchased my truck 2020 Chevrolet Traverse January 29, 2022. November 2022 my front bumper paint started chipping. I reached out to AutoNation and the warranties department said warranty expired nothing they can do. I called GM and spoke to someone and he advised someone from management will be calling me. Here it is, mid July and I still haven't heard from anyone. On top of that my AC blows hot and I was told my Ourisman its over 400 to charge it up. Can someone please reach out to me about this Resolution Sought Replace or paint my bumper the right way sknit wont chip and to fix my AC.
