Bought a jeep on October 28, 2023 they said they would send all paperwork to LA dmv. They didn't send in complete paperwork, so dmv sent it back with a request for all that was needed. Dealership has been giving excuses and saying someone will call me back for a month and a half. Now told title clerk has no phone in office but they are to take name and number so Mellisa can call you back. Still can't get papers on vehicle and temp tag has been expired. So can't get inspection sticker as it didn't have one when purchased. Very incompetent dealership practices. Resolution Sought Send paperwork to LA dmv so it can be registered

Paperwork originally overnighted 11-18-23. DMV sent back to dealership, they needed an inspection. This is done by customer not dealership. Once rescued we sent back to DMV overnight on 12-29-23. A temp tag was overnighted to customer as well.

Bought 10-28, paperwork sent 11-18. Why did that take so long ? DMV did not need inspection from me, they needed corrected paperwork from dealership. Ended up being contacted by dmv in 01-24 to come in and pay the $180 dealership was short on payment to get the tag and registration.
