I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, during the test drive I told the salesman that I wanted to buy the vehicle but there is something wrong with the brakes. He assured me that they did a 125-point inspection and the brakes were fine. I picked up the car a few days later. While driving to a stop sign the brake pedal went to the floor and I was unable to stop and rolled through the intersection. I contacted the dealership and they agreed to pay for half of the brake job, but they did not pay for half. According to them I needed to replace the battery in order to do the brakes, which cost extra and even though that is past of the job, they refused to pay for half of that. I was offered financing thru a company they use and I do not want to pay for the remaining balance. I asked for copy of the 125 point inspection and they never sent it to me after several requests. They lied to me and were negligent. Also I was treated very poorly by this business. I paid cash for this vehicle and it cost over $16,000 and they didn't even seem to care about the brake issue and I felt disrespected. Resolution Sought I would like them to apologize and cover the remaining $550.81.
