We purchased a 2015 Audi q3 on September 11 2022 and on February 3 the car broke down. We have already paid out 1700 to fix it but that didn't help. The mechanic told that the engine had been patched up and now it needs a new motor we only have drove the car for 6000 miles and the dealership is only offering to pay 15 of the bill and we don't feel that is fair Resolution Sought Replace the motor or fix the problem

Company states: Car was sold "AS IS" because of the vehicles age and mileage which the consumer knew and signed the "AS IS" agreement. Whatever happened to car happened to the car was way outside of the purchase date and they took it to their own mechanic. Whatever the case was the vehicle was sold "AS IS", so unfortunately there is nothing we can do and we are not liable for this vehicle once it was sold. We are happy to discuss with the consumer if there is any other way we can help them. Thank you.
