I purchased a vehicle from Auto Nation back in October! After the purchase I decided that I didn't want the extended warranty and called to cancel the warranty! The finance person tried talking me out of it and I told her that I didn't want it! After two weeks they finally sent me paper work to sign to my email! As soon as I got it I signed it and sent it back! After a week later I called and emailed and she said everything was sent to the bank! I tried calling and emailing her and she would not call or email me back! The store manager went and talked to her and said it takes a while to process! It's been another week and a half and nothing! The bank has told me they haven't gotten any cancellation for the warranty! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever gotten! Resolution Sought Send the money from the warranty to my bank.
