I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at AutoNation Hyundai Savannah. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by several issues, including a severe lack of communication, poor customer service, misinformation, and a failure to meet promised deadlines. They have had my car since July 2023. The foremost concern is the persistent lack of communication from your dealership. I have experienced delays in receiving updates on the status of my vehicle, making it challenging to plan accordingly. Timely and transparent communication is crucial for customer satisfaction, and it has been sorely lacking in my interactions with them. Furthermore, the level of customer service provided has fallen below acceptable standards. I have encountered unprofessionalism and a lack of empathy from some staff members, which has only added to the frustration of an already challenging situation. I must also address the issue of receiving false information. On multiple occasions, I was provided with information that later proved to be inaccurate. This has not only led to confusion but has also eroded my trust in the information provided by the dealership. Lastly, the dealership has consistently failed to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Whether it be promised completion dates for service or delivery timelines for parts, the inability to adhere to these deadlines has caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. Still NO updates on my vehicle. Resolution Sought For the dealership to cover all repair charges for my vehicle of 2,000, while also compensating me 1500 for the inconvenience and being without my vehicle due to their negligence going on 6 months.

I had my 2017 Hyundai Sonata towed to Hyundai in Savannah GA on September 25, 2023. It was hesitant to go all of a sudden on this day and the engine light came on. I had a appointment for October 16, 2023 for my brakes which the abs and traction light kept coming on. They told me my car would be there between 14 to 21 days before being checked. It's now October 29, 2023 and Hyundai yet have to check my car. When I called to get an update I was told that the advisor was busy and would call me back. I waited a day or two and called back and was told that they were in a meeting and would call me back, but I didn't get a call back. Once again I waited some days before I called back, but this time I asked to speak to the manager I was unable to speak to one. I finally received a call stating that my car would be checked on October 16th which is the initial appointment date but it wasn't. Then had a voicemail stating my car would be checked that following Wednesday and of course it wasn't. I went to the office on October 23, 2023 and asked to speak to a manager. Mr Jeff stated that they're short staffed, but told me that he would have a technician to check my car later that day or if not he asked to please give him one more day which was the following day October 24th. I have yet to here from him or anyone with an update on my car. I called October 27th asking for an update and but they just said they send a text for the manager or supervisor to call me back and no call yet Resolution Sought For Hyundai to check and diagnose my car and call the claims to let them know so I can get a rental car. Being without a car is frustrating and very inconvenient as it is, then on top of that Hyundai is giving me the runaround about checking it.
