I was solicited to refinance my car. I thought it was a good deal, until I read the terms. I immediately contacted them to resend my loan. They forwarded my loan to Merit trust credit union. Now this charge is on my credit report. I contacted Merit trust. They told me contact Auto pay. Autopay won't return my calls. Resolution Sought To remove that charge from my credit report. I never received any payment since I cancelled the loan.

I wanted to Refiance my car. I didn't a down payment of $504.00 then decided to no longer proceed with them because the business was very unprofessional. They are refusing to give me my money back. Instead they are sending me edited receipt and acting like they returned my money. Resolution Sought I would like my $504.00 to be returned right away.
