We bought the car here, but the dealer did not tell us that the body was busted. They wanted 800$ more even though I had already paid 10,000 already. This is a car we plan to use for business and we've been waiting 3 weeks and nothing has been repaired. My husband has lost contracts because of this and we've been seeing that they have more complaints. This was our first time we've been there, so we didn't have any knowledge of any wrong doings from them. But it is our last. they sent it to the mechanic during those 3 weeks but nothing has been done because they didn't even bother to tell them what had to be fixed on our vehicle so now my husband has to take it to his personal mechanic thats why I am asking for the 7000 because of lost paint contracts and insurance costs. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of all my lost income and wages for their faulty actions and negligence for not disclosing any issues it previously had.

Company states: The customer was here yesterday and we fixed body work he agreed to $800 and we lowered the down payment which he paid. He took the car to Huston and we let him know that we would be happy to repair any issue if they occur on the vehicle.

This is not true first of all they told us they send it to get repaired , we didn't see it for a month it was dumped in a body shop 2 weeks prior and the body shop wasn't even aware of the work that had to be done that is what they told my husband . The 800 was never said for repairs he said that was towards the car which I had paid 10,000 already it is not in the contract but I still paid it because I want nothing to do with these people and they said if not paid they would personally inpound the car so of course we got scared and have them those 800$ now the car is parked inside the premises of my apartment building because it's so damaged it still needs to go to the mechanic and get alot of work done so those 800 is worthless to give when all they did is cover up the damage that it had prior to us buying it and we weren't even told. It never left the state because it was dumped by them that was the initial plan but after we didn't see it how ? Also these people went through a toll and didn't pay it now I have too . I have evidence of everything I am saying .
