I had my car windows tented in Jan of 2020. The first tent job was a really bad job. I went back and had them retint my windows. I never gave them any trouble about it, The second time was worse than the first time. I called and asked to speak to the owner the receptionist kept making excuses and would never give me his name. I went back several times they would give me appointments and then cancel when I got there. none of the shop men would even look at my car.. after months of calling and aggravating them one of the shop men came in very aggravated with me. This guy never even looked at the tint on my windows he raised his voice and was a hollering at me..He told me that he couldn't satisfy me. I have been extremely kind a patient with these people! This has been the absolute worse experience I have ever in my life went through. I need someone to please help me with this. After months of these people give me hell about the tent that they did a horrible job on and never would let me speak to are return my call from the owner, witch I still don't know. They have the nerve to tell me that they would only credit my card that was back in jan.. witch I don't have anymore...would need the credit card used at the time of the first tinting... this has been ongoing for months.. please help me Resolution Sought I would like for this to be made right.. I would love for these people to just own what they did to me.. I would like the guy in charge to call me. I would like the guy that was hollering at me in the lobby to apologize but I know that won't happen. I would like them to own what they did understand that I had to take off of work several times to go to appointments that they would cancel... all the time missed at work and the gas traveling back and forth cannot be made right...
