Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On June 2, 2022 I received mail about my "final notice" regarding my new vehicles factory warranty expiration. I contacted the the number listed on the paperwork. 1-800-370-9411 in regards to the issue. The people I spoke with advised I did not have coverage after my warranty. On October 28th, 2022 I was involved in an accident. I contacted the number provided if I were involved in an accident. They said they would send me forms in the mail for any repairs and to give an estimate of the costs. I never received any paperwork or any follow up calls. Once I spoke with my insurance company regarding this accident, I mentioned Auto protect USA and the issues I was having. They said that they have never heard of the company. Once I did some research I realized that in the review section many people experienced the same issue I have. They have consistently taken $181.88 beginning in July and $225.00 to begin the process. Resolution Sought Return the amount listed above and cancel my subscription.
