The business sold me a car through a bogus lender who cancelled the contract. I returned the car and they won't refund my deposit. They threatened me with repossessing the car and tried to bully me into the contract and when I returned the vehicle to them, they wouldn't refund the deposit. Resolution Sought Refund my deposit.

I was online about 8 months ago and I saw a really nice tow truck for sale for $3500.00. I said to myself I'm getting that truck. So I called them up and set a time the filling day to go test drive the truck. Well I loved it so anyways I had like 2000 cash 8n my pocket thinking they would take the 2000 and put me on a easy payment plan. Well anyways I put down 2000 and and they printed everything out and I went ahead and got tax tags and title done so that was a extra 450 or 550 I can't rem wrote it up and said the final price was $6050.00. I said hell no you guys said on your ad online that you said there was no extra fees. Well there were charging me for a delivery charge when the truck I found out from the mechanic had been there for 3 or 4 years and they were finally selling it. So I brought that up and they would not take it off . So I pissed but still wanted the truck so I signing the contract. Well 8 made two payment and come to find out they had sold my truck 3 months ago. I'm F*cken pi**ed off I have paid them more than half and the truck is gone now and they said they would give me my money back. But I want my truck what do I do now talk to a attorney. I guess that my next step. I'm going to have them buy me a brand new truck same style shape same tow rig everything that truck had on it is what I expect. Resolution Sought I want my truck or they can go buy me a brand new 9ne and deliver it to my house thanks . Or I just take it to court and let judge Judy deal with them.
