April 7th 2021 i started the payments on a 2002 Land Rover Freelander S. Since i started the process of buying the car on payments i have had problems with jerking even if i'm going under the speed limit, there's been a progressive leak coming from the engine since last june which i made them aware of & they have given me excuses over & over the main one being i'm no longer a priority because i don't have a warranty & today i told them that the freeze plug is coming out & they offered to refer me to a shop but i would have to pay for it because they're short staffed as always , they have one guy who is going to an out of town medical facility 4 days a wk & the other is out still with a broken hand which just 2 months ago when i physically saw him was fine. Resolution Sought I am tired of their treatment & excuses & either want my car fixed or my money that i've already paid into it which is $2,275 +900.00(down paymnt) returned so am able to go somewhere else & get a decent rerunning reliable vehicle

The complainant purchased vehicle 4/7/2021 with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty with ever comes first. Dealer pays 10% of labor 50% of parts. Therefore her signed warranty was up on 5/7/2021.
