I purchased a vehicle on 4/29/22 2009 Porsche Cayenne. Within 1 hr in driving it back home to Richmond, Virginia the car broke down on the highway. I called the dealership and explain what had happened and the only thing the dealership said was you bought a AS IS vehicle. I didn't even receive a title as of yet and management after call a few more times, complaining I didn't even drive the car no more than 2 hr... Handing back my payment was not a option, but kindly dismissed. I was stuck on the highway most of the night and had to pay $300 for tow. I now driving a rental car that cost me $1300 for 10 days to I can figure these issues out.. Autos y Mas LLC company dose bad business to a customer who paid for a vehicle that had major issues. Resolution Sought A refund and pay all the money I dished out in the process.

First, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced recently. We appreciate all feedback, good or bad and take every step towards improving our services. We are proud to be in the car industry and do our best to provide the best quality vehicles with best value in price. On this vehicle we processed in our lot just like any other car. We had all brakes replaced to pass VA inspection and also took it for emissions test and passed, the vehicle was driving well. When the vehicle was purchased we also paid for 3rd party Warranty (3 month power train limited coverage) in case anything happened in 3 months. Client did reach to us by phone about the issue and we told him he has to get vehicle checked out or go through warranty company due to our as is policy and many the possibilities that would stall a vehicle. However, I did mention to the customer if the Warranty company was not able to help out I told him to reach out us to see if there's any way we can assist him with his issue.
