Issue Resolved

After my compliant Carlos who no longer works for this dealership reached out to me personally and went above and beyond to help resolve this issue. He got the code to my door for me from Ford and has promised to resolve the 700 dollars that was also promised to me with 4 new snow tires. I trust he will keep his word. From here on forward he has said I can address him directly no matter where he is working and he will take care of me. He is one of those guys that does work for the people. Thanks you Carlos!!!!!!
