I bought a car from them and I only had it for 2 years,it is a 2018 Toyota the transmission went on the vehicle and several mechanics including my mechanic said that there is no reason why the transmission should have gone,and that it was on its way out when they sold me the car. I have been in touch with AutoSense and they had me go all the way up to NH from MA and said that they would replace the vehicle for me, Well I went there and they said that they could do it.Or try to get the other one fixed. Then they told me that they would bring another vehicle,a jeep compass to my residents the following morning because they were going to get the Car that they sold me anyway,now they said that they won't do it because my credit is bad. That has absolutely nothing to do with it. They sold me a bad car and they should simply replace it with another one, with no problem. As they said they were going to do. They lied and I want another vehicle,I have a son I need to get to school everyday and I am 64 with medical issues and I have appointments to go to but can't now because of what they did. Resolution Sought I simply want them to replace my vehicle
