I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Trax in January. I have paid a car payment. My second car payment is next week. I still have not received my license plate. I had to get another tag from Autosmart in Palmyra NJ. The one in Deptford is mysteriously closed for several weeks now. The company in Palmyra gave me another tag and now since the one I have is soon expiring I will have to get another tag. What is going on with the Autodmart in Deptford NJ? If I could not talk to the company in Palmyra I would have not gotten the tags at least. I just want my new license plate for my vehicle. Something is not right. Resolution Sought Give me a legal license plate and registration for my 2020 Trax. Autosmart Deptford, NJ

We purchased a vehicle from Autosmart in Deptford NJ in September and 5 months later we still don't have the tags. The company is very unprofessional the way they deal with customers . When my son first went into the store to by his car the manager racisially profiled my son. Resolution Sought Help us get our tags and bring to light their business practices.

Here at AutoSmart we support and satisfy thousands of customers. I encourage you too check out our beautiful customer reviews for both of our locations. We as a family always assist any and all customers professional and equally. Mr Suggs is and was a happy customer. There was a title issue that was outside of our control that prevented the DMV work to be completed in a timely fashion. The customer was informed during the entire process. The customer does now and has had all of their final tags and docs and they are 100% satisfied. Please reach out if anything else is needed. Thank you for assisting with this customers satisfaction.
