They had tried to sell us a car that did not work in the week of buying it we gave a down payment of 2000.00 dollars my family is struggling and we needed a car the deal was never sealed what so ever they had me go back and return it due to them having issues with the bank and insurance we paid out of pocket for so many things they asked us to pay for all we want is the down payment back they canceled our contract but they refuse to give us our down payment the owner she goes by the name of Anna is very rude and talks to us like we are below her we have been nothing but respectful and understanding. Resolution Sought I would just like to get a refund on my down payment of 2,000.00 is all I am asking for and an apology .

We are truly surprised we got this complaint. Specially because Melissa failed to add herself in the insurance policy and defaulted on her first payment. After working this deal to get it funded by the lender for so long, We had no choice but to take possession until we received the payment and both drivers were added on the policy. After a few days of the possession Melissa advised us she had already purchased another vehicle and demanded a full refund. We decided no additional action will be taken but cant refund her down payment since she never complied with the stipulations requested from the time of purchase and didn't make her payment to complete her down payment. I'm sorry things didn't work our for any of the party involved.
