They had a 2021 Ford Bronco for sale online listed for $30,000.00. I had bought a car from them 3 years ago it was a 2012 Dodge Caliber and never missed a payment they were always ahead of date or on the date due and paid it off 9 months early. I saw the Bronco on line and wanted to trade my car in for the down payment and they allowed me $3,000.00 for the Dodhe back. I told them I wanted the Ford Bronco and the trade in knocked off of the price which would have made the price of the Bronco $ 27,000.00 while we were seeing in the office I was, oozing at the Bronco online and the price jumped to $45,000.00 and they said I couldn't afford it and the price on it was $thirty thousand when we got to the car lot and I told them I wanted it. They showed me a Chevy Equinox for the same price and it had 87,000 miles on it the Bronco had around 286 miles on it for the same price. They upped the price and I like the Chevy but the Bronco is the one I wanted and they upped the price while I was setting there and didn't even let me have a chance to buy it. I found out later they were saving it for someone they knew. I do not appreciate being treated the way I was and we bought the Equinox and the loan was suppose to be in both our names and I asked the loan company why they had my name taken off the loan because my husband and I both had already signed the loan paperwork the loan company said they did not do that they said Jeff did it at Auto Smart. They need to let us know why they Resolution Sought They need to apologize to us we should have gotten the Bronco for the price listed and they need to put the Equinox in both our names like it was suppose to be or give us a discount on the Equinox for our troubles. Because I'm the one that is paying the payments each month not my husband.

We bought a truck (2008 Ford F-250 super duty) from them as is no warranty, well 2 weeks later the transmission went out. They told my husband at first we needed to come up with $500 and they would cover the rest. Then it went to $1000 and they would hold off on the payments until we could come up with the $1000. Well we paid $700 towards the $1000 and found out they haven't even started to fix the transmission and today we were told that they couldn't hold the payments and only $500 went to the transmission and $200 went to the payments. They have had our truck for 2 weeks and are still screwing us over. Changing what they want from us daily. Resolution Sought We just want the transmission fixed for what they originally told us.
