I was having some issues with My payments. Went to looks at a car at another dealership and they pulled up my report and said that I hadn't missed any payments or was I behind. I told AutoStart that I wanted to come in and sit down and talk to them the day I was to go I wasn't able to find someone to go with me I asked to be able to come in on the following Thursday. At first they acted like that was fine. Before noon they came and took the car. I was told at first all I needed to pay was 85.00 then it went up to 500+ then back down to 400+. I told them if they were going to do that they at least could have said they were coming. I have important papers in the car. Personal stuff that had to deal with clients health also a badge from the 190th that now I have to report missing even though I know where it's at it's not on me. And I did report them for that. Resolution Sought My down payment back and my stuff out of the car

Kimberly's vehicle was repossessed due to none payment. What her credit report said is irrelevant. There are credit reporting errors all the time. She was never told that it would be 85.00 to redeem her vehicle. When a repossession is performed there will never be any warning and no-one will ever give someone a warning when a repossession is about to be performed. This puts the repossession agents at risk and could pose various safety issues. As for the contents of your vehicle. The cure was expired and the account was in default due to non-payment vehicles are repossessed with the current contents in them. No one denied Kimberly her belongings she was told she could come down the same day to retrieve her belongings she refused.
