I purchased this vehicle A 2010 Black BMW 535 xi from Autotronics Auto Sales inc, 3870 Centerville hwy suite B 30039. From one of the owners a Mr. Eric Ramsaran for the purchase amount of $5074.13 as of this date he has not filed with the local tag office to obtain a clean and free title or tags, it has not passed s vehicle emissions test, which was to be done by the company. I've sent the company a demand letter dated 9-17-2021 demanding one of two things, 1. Register the vehicle with the local tag office, so that I can get a clean title and tags or 2. Return of all Money's Paid. Resolution Sought Get the owner to register the vehicle or return all Money's Paid.
