Autoworks Service Center complaints

March 16 2024 Friday my vehicle was at Auto Works ready for me to pickup I proceeded to pay for vehicle being fixed auto works assistance Ashlyn charged my card in the amount of $1072.42 which was the payment for being fixed she then stated that her card machine was not working and that it did not take I stated to her it did take I also showed her that it took and my balance shows 52.17 so she insisted on that it didn't and she has to swipe my card again when she swiped my card again it took the remaining balance that I had left which was $52.17 and that she has to wait for her boss to come in to see what was the problem she then gave me the receipt of $52.17 and said that the remaining payment balance will be fixed and that I should have my money back on my card well on Monday 3/19/24 I contacted Autoworks to speak with Mrs Katherine Ashlin boss she stated to me that her worker did not know what she was doing and that the payment of 1072.42 had process on 3/16/24 so I asked Ms Katherine what about my $52.17 that Ashlin charge on my card and gave me a zero balance of now I was very shocked that Ms Katherine was very rude to me as her customer for the pass 3-4 yrs regarding the problem that her worker has caused and that's charging my card twice Mrs Katherine then told me how can she take my word she can't just believe what I'm telling her she then asked me to email her my personal information so that she can see the transaction I did what she asked me to do Resolution Sought Give me my money that Autoworks worker Ashlin charged on my card the total of $52.17 and I need it now just like they needed the payment of 1072.42 to fix my car and they got paid at same time of the 2 charges on 3/16/24 same card was charged I didn't even get an courtesy call regarding the issue so that's bad customer service
