Fire her and conduct business with me and treat their employees with care.

The manager (names Maria) at the Auto Zone in Collierville, TN. 38017, was very rude to me and the worker who was helping me. My husband bought a full set of brakes for his 1995 GMC truck and he didn't use the back brakes and replaced the front brakes and I, his wife, were bringing them back to receive the money, she kept rudely interrupting the sales associate and I only received the refund on the back brakes and I still have the old brakes because she refused to take them back as the policy says they're to do when they have the lifetime warranty. I would like her to be fired. And rudely if possible just because she's a rude person.
