Either help her to be nice to customers or eliminate her

I went in to get parts and employee was snooty and a smart***. After I get this part exchanged most likely it's the last time. I use auto zone and I'm telling ever one i know how I was treated up there word of mouth travels faster and get people attention. Either help her to be nice to customers or eliminate her that would be the things to start with she does not know how to talk to the public or customers
