I purchased a part from the autozone in Burlington and I was told I was a liar and accused of swapping out a used part when I was trying to get a refund for a part I brought home and opened finding it wasn't correct and was a used part. Both the manager and corporate manager told me I had a 25 return rate on file and told me I couldn't get a refund. I've never had this happen and I know for a fact I didn't have that high of a return percentage and nothing was brought back in the case of something being used like this. Then I was told I only wanted the refund to buy narcotics which is extremely out of line and offensive. I'm amazed how unprofessional this transaction was. Resolution Sought I would like my money back and an apology from both the store and regional manager.
