Two months ago, I went to 5316 York Road the AutoZone car parts store to purchase a ECM computer for my 2003 Chrysler town & country van. I paid for the part in full but they told me that they had to send the new part out to be programmed for my vehicle. The store sad that they needed my vehicle Vin. # and ECM number and I gave it to them ; plus, the old ECM in case they needed any other numbers. Now they act like they don't know what's going on with me .u paid part of my old ECM computer part finally, they agreed to rebuild my old ECM computer. Again they don't know what's going on. Resolution Sought To return my old ECM computer (REBUILD). When I call they hang up on me and I don't disrespect them when I call
