Purchased a radiator over the phone with my pastor. I was in person with him on my phone. Anyways they let us purchase the radiator over phone one week later it shows up was wrong one and we moved on from car of said such repair. My pastor says keep the money return the radiator and have them put it on a gift card. So I try and again with my pastor on the phone just as the purchase and I was told they cannot return anything back to someone's card over the phone. I said but you can take a person's card over the phone when there's a third person using their cell phone to give you that information to purchase the radiator but you can't do the same thing when it's the wrong part and it's my church and they just want me to use it for future visits to AutoZone. They said correct, so I said exactly the same thing, I repeated it and they got upset at me and they used profanity with me. Mind you I've tipped these guys for helping me in the past and I'm talking like a 20 here in a 10 there. I know they're not supposed to take tips but they take them all the time especially me because that's how I roll there. I'm a good customer. Anyhow, they gave me the regional manager's name over a week ago and I've left five messages still have not received one call.
