Customer Complaint

A motor brand new with a warranty was purchased from AutoZone. The motor was delivered to a mechanic shop and it was placed by the mechanic. We received a call stating that the motor was damaged and needed to be pulled out and replaced. AutoZone sent a different motor and the second one was placed. AutoZone is refusing to pay the labor cost to have the second motor replaced leaving us to pay $2800 to the mechanic. We've made several contacts with the company, the district manager, and no one will return our call. Resolution Sought We paid the initial cost, and I would like to have AutoZone pay the labor fees for the second motor.
