This started with a radio contest. Broadcast 92.3 la Mega. The contest was the name of capital. Florida to win a travel with two destinations. One was Las Vegas in standard room for 4 people and included in case of Vegas 100, tokens value. When the person from the broad cast started to tell me about the benefits and described the room in the resort he described something really comfortable and high quality. Also, he told me he had to charge me $299 for taxes. When arrive to resort the person on front desk advised me that I have being charged for more than necessary, I meant double. I called them and the explanation was that they charged this amount as a 75 the cost of the promotion. Meaning they didn't give me nothing only charged the cost of vacation. I remained they that I was winning a price not purchased nothing. Because these was a misleading promotion. Therefore, I want a refund of $299. The room was the worst standard room you had ever seen in the category of resort and casino. Resolution Sought I want a refund of $299.
